Organizer FAQ
How do I start selling?
Create an account, apply as an organizer and submit your details. Once approved, create an event, add ticket types and submit it for review.
When do I get paid?
Net proceeds become eligible for settlement after your event ends. Settlements are reviewed and paid to your registered bank account.
What does it cost?
Free events are always free. For paid tickets a commission applies based on your plan (from 3.5%). Buyers pay a separate, clearly disclosed convenience fee.
How does check-in work?
Open the Check-in scanner on any phone. Each QR can be accepted once; duplicates and tickets for other events are rejected instantly.
