1. About Zointy Tickets
Zointy Tickets (“Zointy”, “we”) operates a marketplace at ticket.zointy.com where independent organizers list events and customers purchase tickets. The organizer is responsible for delivering the event; Zointy provides ticketing, payment collection and support.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Bookings & pricing
Ticket prices are set by organizers. A convenience fee and applicable GST are shown clearly before payment. Tickets are issued only after successful, verified payment.
4. Entry
Each ticket has a unique QR code valid for a single entry. Organizers may refuse entry for duplicated or tampered tickets.
5. Refunds
Refunds follow the event’s stated refund policy and our Refund policy.
6. Organizer obligations
Organizers must hold all rights, licences and permissions required for their events and comply with applicable law.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Zointy is not liable for the conduct of events organized by third parties.
