Refund & cancellation policy

Every event shows its refund policy on the event page and at checkout.

Policies

• Full refund up to 7 days before the event
• Full refund up to 48 hours before the event
• 50% refund up to 48 hours before the event
• No refunds

Cancelled events

If an organizer cancels an event, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.

Fees

Convenience fees and GST on fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.

How to request

Open the booking in My bookings and select “Request a refund”. Approved refunds reach the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
